How do I actually get paid?
Guests pay your GCash account directly. REINA Resorts never holds your money — we're not a payment processor, we're the platform connecting you with guests.
What happens if I don't pay the commission?
Commission is deducted automatically from your wallet balance as bookings are approved. If your wallet balance reaches ₱0, your listing is temporarily hidden from guests until you top up — it comes back automatically once you do.
Do I need any technical skill?
No. Everything is managed through your dashboard — no code, no website to maintain.
Can I set my own cancellation policy?
Yes — you choose how much notice a guest needs to give to cancel for free, or leave it open with no restriction.
What if I want to leave the platform?
You can ask us to deactivate your listing at any time.
